Rich Media Production is a Sydney-based social media marketing agency specialising in hospitality, events, and multicultural business marketing.

A little about who you'd be working with

I'm Richa - a Gen Z founder running this agency. I'm not your typical micromanager. I'm not here to breathe down your neck or clock-watch every hour. What I care about is great work delivered on time, and a working relationship that actually feels good.

You'll work directly with me — clear direction, good communication, and room to do your best work.

Oh...and there will be occasional early Friday finishes. Not every week, but when things are running smoothly, we wrap up early.

What your week looks like

You'll be fully managing content across 5–6 client accounts — this isn't just editing, it's thinking like a marketer while you work. Each week per client:

• 2–3 Instagram Reels (raw footage → publish-ready)
• 1–2 branded graphics (Canva)
• 2–3 Stories
• Occasional admin support — emails, scheduling, and general coordination as needed

What we need

• 2–3 years of content editing experience not entry-level
• Marketing knowledge and social media awareness — you understand what performs, why it performs, and how to create content that actually connects with an audience
• A genuine eye for design — you don't just edit, you shape how content looks and feels across platforms
• The ability to combine editing, design, and marketing thinking into content that works
• CapCut proficiency (paid account provided; you share working project files, not just exports)
• Canva proficiency and ability to follow brand guides
• Comfortable fully managing content across 5–6 client accounts simultaneously
• Good written English, reliable internet, and the ability to handle admin when needed
• The job advert says Gujarati, India but the location is flexible.
