About the Role

You will be handling a reportees of 6 people.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily manufacturing activities in Ring Gear Manufacturing
• Daily RG transfers from various sections
• Unit PMPD, OTIF and Plant OEE - Analysis & Improvement
• Safety
• Quality
• Daily production monitoring report and cost variance analysis.
• Implementation of 5S, TPM, Lean Management & Kaizen in the plant.
• Responsible for maintain EBTDA for the plant.
• Procurement of new equipment
• Low cost automation & Cost Saving Initiatives
• Manpower optimization.

Qualifications

BE - Mechanical

Required Skills

• DOE, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, Internal Auditor (for QS-9000, TS-16949 QMS)
• KAIZEN, Poka Yoke
• Material Science & Heat -Treatment
• SMED, Seven QC Tools to solve quality problems
• Lean
• Sigma Green Belt / Black belt

Preferred Skills

14 years of experience in the following:

• Leading an entire Manufacturing Team
• Handling the quality & syste

1. Deputy. Manager - MFG- SGD-II

2. Deputy Manager- Hobbing - SGD-I

3. Deputy Manager- Induction Hardening -SGD-I

4. Section In Charge - Ring Forming -SGD-I

5. Manager - Flex Plate Manufacturing -SGD-II

6. Asst Manager - Dispatch and Logistics -SGD-I

Key responsibilities attached to the role:

• Responsible for daily manufacturing activities in Ring Gear Manufacturing
