Chief of Staff
Darwinbox
- Build the intelligence layer. Synthesize inputs across the business, surface signal and risks, and ensure the Co-Founder sees what matters, when it matters.
- Turn ambiguity into action. Take loosely defined priorities and drive them from problem definition to owners, decisions, cadence, and measurable outcomes.
- Orchestrate leadership. Connect priorities across teams, resolve dependencies, challenge misalignment, and translate leadership decisions into execution.
- Build AI-native ways of working. Use AI, automation, agents, and intelligent workflows to redesign research, synthesis, preparation, monitoring, and follow-through.
- Own strategic initiatives. Step into high-priority, cross-functional problems where ownership is unclear and drive them end-to-end.
- Increase founder leverage. Know where the Co-Founder’s involvement creates disproportionate value and build systems that eliminate low-value executive dependency.
- Think like an owner. Create clarity without waiting for a perfect mandate and stay accountable until the outcome is delivered.
- Bring judgment. Frame choices, challenge assumptions, separate signal from noise, and know when to act versus escalate.
- Build systems, not dependency. Create operating mechanisms and workflows that make the organization better even when you are not in the room.
- Operate across boundaries. Move comfortably between strategy and execution, leadership conversations and operating details.
- Make AI operational. Go beyond personal productivity identify where AI can fundamentally change how work gets done.
- Be an extension of the Co-Founder. Represent priorities with context, discretion, speed, and the confidence to challenge when needed.
You may come from strategy, consulting, product, operations, investment banking, or another high-intensity environment. What matters is evidence that you have solved ambiguous, high-stakes problems and moved people and systems toward outcomes.
You are intellectually curious, highly resourceful, comfortable with senior leaders, and impatient with inefficient ways of working. You can go deep without losing business context—and you use AI as a way to build, operate, and scale better.
