Chief of Staff

About our client

Our client is one of India's fastest-growing healthcare platforms and a category leader, backed by a marquee global private equity investor and scaling rapidly across the country. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with its CEO.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants to sit at the center of how a scaling healthcare business is run: translating strategy into execution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with business leaders across functions, and helping the CEO's office move faster and think sharper.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO in driving strategic priorities from framing through execution
• Work closely with functional and business unit leaders to align on goals, unblock execution, and track outcomes
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects spanning strategy, operations, and growth
• Build the structure, rigor, and rhythm (reviews, dashboards, decision frameworks) that keep a fast-scaling organization aligned
• Represent the CEO's office in key internal and external forums as needed

Ideal Candidate

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, private equity, or strategy & ops roles within high-growth companies
• A strong bias for action with the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Tier 1 educational pedigree strongly preferred
