About The Role
- Support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings, process efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage sourcing, contracting, supplier engagement, spend analysis, and purchase requisition requirements.
- Drive procurement best practices, policy compliance, and data-driven decision-making to deliver business value and operational excellence.
- Execute sourcing and procurement activities across indirect categories such as IT, Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities, HR, Travel, Fleet, MRO, and Corporate Services.
- Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving, productivity, and supplier optimization opportunities.
- Manage RFx processes including RFI, RFP, RFQ, bid analysis, supplier evaluation, and negotiation support.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, business stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support sourcing initiatives.
- Support contract review processes and ensure all sourcing activities adhere to procurement policies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and assist in developing supplier scorecards and governance processes.
- Create and maintain procurement dashboards, savings trackers, sourcing pipelines, and management reports.
- Support purchase requisition (PR) to purchase order (PO) processes and resolve procurement-related operational issues.
- Ensure data accuracy in procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and process standardization within procurement operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, or Category Management support.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, supplier management, contract management, and procurement processes.
- Experience working with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting global procurement operations across multiple regions is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent are an added advantage.
