In addition to any diploma in engineering, candidate should have qualified- Post Diploma in Industrial Safety or Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by State Technical Board or DGFASLI/ Central Labour Institute.

He should have at least 2 years of experience of working in steel industry and conversant with legal compliances of MAH (Major Accident Hazard) units.
Should be conversant with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
knowledge of Latest acts, laws and rules of EHS.
Should have general knowledge of monthly/ half yearly/ yearly compliances associated with MAH units.
He should have knowledge of environment function requirement and liasioning experience with State and Central Pollution control board.
Knowledge of EHS aspect Factory act 1948 and Gujarat Factory Rule- 1963 with experience of liasioning with Factory Inspectorate and DISH.
Should have good soft skills like interpersonal relationships building, public speaking, presentation skill.
Experience of giving training to shop floor personnel.
Should have advanced knowledge of MS office - Specially MS Excel, Word, and Power point.
Preferably Male to cater three shifts.
