Job Description
Role: Business Development Executive
- Handle end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, product/service demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle negotiation, proposal sharing, pricing discussions, and sales closure.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/ATS.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to delivery.
Experience:1-3 years
