- Set up and configure new Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects for site development initiatives.
- Create and maintain project folder structures, file organization, templates, and naming conventions.
- Define how development and design files are stored and managed within ACC.
- Manage project onboarding activities, including inviting users, assigning roles, and maintaining permissions in accordance with established SOPs.
- Support overall ACC project administration, governance, and organized project documentation.
- Provide troubleshooting support for Autodesk products, including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Plant 3D and Desktop Connector.
- Resolve synchronization, connectivity, and file access issues to ensure project teams can access design files.
- Work within established standards and processes for document management and project setup.
- Co-ordinate with other disciplines / departments.
- Attend Project review meetings and project co-ordination meetings.
- Participate in technical review meetings (like piping 3D model review etc.)
- Review of Vendor documents.
- To implement QMS within the discipline.
- Review of piping specifications and data sheets.
- Review of piping vendor drawings and final engineering deliverables
- 9-12 years of direct Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) administration experience.
- Experience administering ACC environments rather than solely using the platform.
- Strong hands-on experience setting up ACC projects, folder structures, and user permissions.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and the Autodesk ecosystem, including ACC, Revit, and related collaboration processes.
- Familiarize with the codes and standards.
- Bachelor engineering degree
- Exposure to ACC APIs and automation capabilities.
- Understanding of how APIs can be leveraged to automate project setup and administrative tasks.
- Interest in process improvement and workflow automation.
