Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Denodo Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade data virtualization solutions using the Denodo Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data integration, SQL development, data modeling, and performance optimization. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data architects, ETL teams, and application teams to deliver scalable and efficient data access solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design and develop data virtualization solutions using the Denodo Platform.
Create and maintain Base Views, Derived Views, Interfaces, and Data Services.
Integrate data from multiple heterogeneous sources including databases, cloud platforms, APIs, flat files, and data warehouses.
Optimize Denodo queries and improve performance through caching, indexing, and query tuning.

Develop reusable data models and semantic layers.

Implement data security, access controls, and governance policies in Denodo.
Configure and manage Denodo Scheduler and data refresh processes.
Collaborate with business users and data architects to gather requirements and design solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and performance issues.
Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
Prepare technical design documents and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with Denodo Data Virtualization Platform.
Hands on experience in: Virtual DataPort (VDP) Denodo Scheduler Data Catalog Solution Manager
Strong SQL and query optimization skills.
Strong Python / Pyspark experience
Experience working with: Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL Snowflake Teradata DB2
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Understanding of data governance and data security principles.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as: Azure AWS Google Cloud
Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or DataStage.
Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, or Java.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Denodo Certified Professional certification preferred.
