Key Responsibilities

Proven experience managing multiple engineering projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong experience in project planning, schedule management, resource allocation and capacity planning.
Experience in monitoring project performance against key metrics such as OTD, RFT, project completion and productivity.
Ability to identify project risks, dependencies and delivery constraints and develop effective mitigation / recovery plans.
Experience in customer interaction, stakeholder management and handling project escalations.
Ability to independently drive project reviews, governance meetings and follow-up actions with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in resource deployment and managing resource availability across multiple projects.
Strong understanding of engineering project execution and product development processes.
Knowledge of PMO practices, project dashboards, reporting and project governance would be an added advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint and MS Project would be an advantage.
Knowledge of PLM / engineering systems such as Teamcenter or similar tools would be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery and operational matters.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic engineering environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to project and delivery issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customer and internal stakeholders at different levels.
Strong teamwork, collaboration, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Work Experience

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
12–18 years of experience in engineering project management, project delivery or engineering operations.
