This job is provided by apna.co We are looking for motivated Field Router Recovery Executives to recover Tata Play Broadband routers from customers after service disconnection or cancellation. The role requires daily field visits, customer interaction, and timely device recovery while maintaining professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer locations assigned for router recovery.

Contact customers before visiting and schedule pickups.

Recover Tata Play routers and other accessories, if applicable.

Update the recovery status in the assigned application or tracker.

Coordinate with the operations team regarding daily progress.

Ensure devices are handled safely and submitted as per company guidelines.

Meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
