Type: Full-Time (Rotational 6 Days a Week)

Budget: 28K-35K/month

We’re now looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Tiruppur.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:

• Process daily orders from Shopify and multiple marketplaces (Myntra, FirstCry, etc.).
• Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch while meeting SLAs.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain real-time stock accuracy across channels.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Team Supervision:

• Manage and motivate warehouse staff for efficient daily operations.
• Assign tasks and ensure accountability in the team.

Operational Efficiency:

• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for speed and accuracy.
• Ensure safe and clean working conditions at all times.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare basic reports in Excel for inventory, dispatch status, and order metrics.
• Track and report KPIs related to warehouse performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic warehouse management software like Unicommerce or EasyEcom
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and major marketplaces (Myntra, FirstCry, etc.).
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Understanding of fulfillment SLAs and ability to work under pressure.
