The Role
As the GTM Recruiter, you'll be responsible to scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on working closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Recruiting team to build and hire high-performing sales team members. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting functions, from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer and close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices.
Responsibilities
- Proactively support GTM Roles like SDRs, Demand Gen, as well as various G&A role like Finance and Ops to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
- Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
- Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations
- Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
- Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams) is a plus
