Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials Architect based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EBS R12 Financials solutions, ensuring they align with business processes and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business needs into technical designs, configuring and integrating Oracle Financials modules, overseeing solution testing and troubleshooting, and guiding performance optimization. The Lead Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams, provide governance and best practices, and support upgrades, extensions, and continuous improvements across the Oracle EBS financial landscape. The role also involves mentoring team members, preparing documentation, and contributing to strategic roadmaps and enterprise-wide Oracle initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials, with hands-on experience in core modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.
- Proficiency in solution architecture and design for Oracle EBS, including end-to-end implementations, integrations, and extensions within complex enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of financial business processes, accounting principles, compliance requirements, and how they map to Oracle Financials configurations and workflows.
- Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle EBS applications, interfaces, and concurrent programs.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical and functional discussions, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading implementation teams, mentoring junior resources, and providing guidance on Oracle standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle database concepts, PL/SQL, and integration tools or middleware used with Oracle EBS is highly beneficial.
