The Senior Associate combines hands-on eDiscovery project work with leadership responsibilities, providing technical guidance to junior team members while supporting Managers with workflow execution, quality control, and issue resolution across active matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute core eDiscovery tasks across processing, hosting, review support, analysis, and production.
- Configure and administer Relativity workspaces, including permissions, workflows, and quality checks.
- Provide technical guidance to Associates and review teams.
- Monitor task-level progress and escalate issues or risks as appropriate.
- Support documentation of workflows, procedures, and matter-specific requirements.
- Assist Managers with reporting, tracking, and matter close-out activities.
- Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Experience: Typically 3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
- Strong working knowledge of Relativity and eDiscovery workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to defensibility and quality.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively as part of a global team.
