Responsibilities
- Own programme delivery across discovery, assessment, landing-zone readiness, wave planning, migration execution, cutover, warranty, and transition to operations with responsibility for Project/People/Account Management
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional, distributed teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive governance with awareness of Data Privacy, Security, IP & Responsible AI activities
- Evaluate solution architectures and migration strategies and validate dependency maps, migration waves, security, resilience, performance, operability, and cost assumptions
- Facilitate migration readiness and technical governance forums such as ARB, WAR etc. and lead Go/No-Go decisions while orchestrating cutover, rollback, business validation, warranty, and service acceptance
- Collaborate with client business, security, infrastructure, application, data, and operations leaders to translate technical constraints into business impacts and actionable decisions
- Define delivery metrics such as migration throughput, schedule variance, defect leakage, cutover success, availability, performance, cloud spend, and benefits realization
- Implement cloud governance and FinOps practices, including policy, tagging, cost allocation, budget controls, rightsizing, and optimization backlogs
- Contribute to presales, estimates, solution shaping, delivery assurance, account growth, and capability development and coach delivery managers and technical leads
- Apply approved enterprise GenAI tools responsibly to improve planning, reporting, risk analysis, knowledge management, and stakeholder communication while protecting data and intellectual property
- Broad background in IT delivery, including 5+ years leading large cloud transformation, application modernization, infrastructure, or migration programmes with Agile & Hybrid execution
- Knowledge of GCP resource hierarchy (organizations, folders, projects), IAM, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud DNS, Cloud Logging/Monitoring, Cloud KMS, and backup/DR concepts
- Understanding of migration strategy patterns including rehost, replatform, and refactor
- Capability to govern identity, network segmentation, key management, logging, vulnerability remediation, backup/DR, business continuity, and regulatory requirements
- Strong command of RAID management, financial governance, change control, and executive reporting
- Experience using project tracking systems (Jira/Confluence/ADO/Project) and applying Gen AI tools for Delivery Management
- Good grasp of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containers/Kubernetes (GKE), APIs, integration patterns, and SRE/observability fundamentals
- Ability to facilitate architecture reviews and communicate technical trade-offs, costs, risks, and migration decisions to business and engineering audiences
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Architecture Framework, Cloud Foundation Toolkit, landing-zone/foundation programmes, and Google Cloud migration methodologies
- Relevant Google Cloud certification such as Google Cloud Digital Leader, Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent
- Certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent programme-management certifications
