Location: Hyderabad (In-Office) Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end human resources functionwith a specific focus on the hospitality sector. This role requires a professional who understands the unique challenges of the industry, including high-volume recruitment, shift management, and maintaining high service standards through employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between operational needs and people management.
Requirements
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles, from frontline service staff and culinary teams to mid-level management.
- Onboarding & Training: Develop and execute comprehensive orientation programs that align new hires with the hospitality brand's service culture and SOPs.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring a healthy work environment and high retention rates in a fast-paced setting.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and KRA (Key Result Area) tracking tailored to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, managing payroll processing, attendance tracking (including shift rotations), and statutory benefits.
- Culture Building: Design and lead engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster a "guest-first" mindset across all departments.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of core HR experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the Hospitality Industry (Hotels, Restaurants, or Facility Management).
- Education: MBA in HR, MHRM, or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality labor market, seasonal hiring trends, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Acts).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HRMS platforms and payroll software.
- Key Competencies: Strong networking skills to source talent across different hospitality niches.
- Ability to design training modules focused on soft skills and service etiquette.
- Proactive approach to attrition management and workforce planning.
