We are seeking a hands-on Intelligent Automation Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering a Proof of Concept centered on end-to-end automation. You will architect and build automation workflows leveraging the UiPath Platform, blending RPA, orchestration (Maestro), and AI/agentic capabilities. The solution may grow to incorporate LLM-based agents, document understanding, and workflow orchestration as the scope evolves. Responsibilities Design and implement automation workflows leveraging UiPath (Studio, Maestro, Orchestrator) Build end-to-end process automations blending RPA bots, API/service integrations, and AI/LLM-driven agentic components Configure process orchestration and state management via Maestro (or an equivalent workflow layer) Integrate with external systems (SAP, APIs, internal services, etc.) Implement human-in-the-loop steps as needed (validation, approvals, exception handling) Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate quickly throughout the POC Support testing, deployments, and demo readiness Document workflows, logic, and architecture to enable future scaling into production Requirements 6–10 years of professional experience Hands-on expertise in UiPath Platform (Studio, Orchestrator) Background in workflow orchestration concepts (e.g., Maestro, BPMN-like thinking) Understanding of agentic automation and LLM integration patterns Proficiency in integrating APIs, web services, and enterprise systems Capability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative POC environments Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes Nice to have Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding tooling Knowledge of the UiPath AI Center
