About the Role:

We make a lot of ads. Like, a lot. And we need one face. People start to recognise  someone who can sell chai to a someone who's had it every morning for forty years, and tea to a stranger in London who's just discovered it  

Not a model. Not an influencer. The human face of Teabox. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Be the face of every Reel, hook, and "wait-watch-this" moment. 
• Land the hook in 1.5 seconds. The scroll waits for no one. 
• Bring scripts to life — our writers handle the words, you handle the life part. 
• Pitch your own hook ideas. You'll be in the room when angles are built, not handed a script and pointed at a tripod. 
• Switch tones like a pro. Serious when it needs to be. Quirky when quirky lands harder. 
• Do take 11 like it's take 1. 

Requirements: 

• Genuinely comfortable on camera. No freezing, no over-acting, no reading-from-a-teleprompter energy. 
• Strong Hindi and English. You'll switch between them mid-shoot. Sometimes mid-sentence. 
• Quick on your feet. Scripts change mid-shoot. Hooks get rewritten between takes. 
• You roll with it instead of sulking about it. 
• Available full-time, in-house. This is not a freelance gig or a "book me for a day" arrangement. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Relevant on-camera experience — UGC, content creation, brand films, anchoring events, anything where the camera was on you and you didn't flinch. 
• A face and energy that says "confident, sharp, I'd actually listen to this person."  
• Watches a competitor's ad and instantly knows why it worked or flopped. 
• Takes the work seriously, not yourself.
