We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product marketing team and build a career in B2B marketing. Working closely with senior product marketers, you will gain hands-on experience in positioning, messaging, content, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also help keep our talent marketing audit programme sharp by reviewing the quality of what goes out and finding smarter, faster ways to grow and run it. This role offers mentorship and real ownership as you help support our purpose to help a billion people find the right work.
What You Will Do
- Define and own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging aligned to each key persona
- Lead go to market strategy for new launches and major feature releases, including planning, execution, and measurement
- Translate product functionality into customer focused narratives, use cases, and outcomes
- Partner closely with product management to align roadmap priorities with market needs and customer feedback
- Enable sales teams with high impact assets such as pitch decks, demos, battlecards, and objection handling guides
- Research customers, competitors, and market trends, and synthesise findings into usable insights for the team
- Support creation of product and customer stories through blogs, case studies, and data led content, working with the Content Marketing team to ensure accuracy
- Execute specific product marketing tasks aligned with the quarterly roadmap (e.g. updating documentation, creating sales collateral, writing website copy)
- Review and quality check the output of the talent marketing audit programme against Phenom's proprietary rubric, acting as the senior check before audits reach Sales or Marketing
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across the audit process, including templating, scripting, tooling, and reporting, to accelerate delivery without compromising quality
Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience across product marketing, digital marketing, recruitment marketing, website analytics, or research, within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Demonstrated experience owning or improving a recurring process, including setting standards and reviewing quality
- Practical experience with automation, whether through tooling, scripting, templating, or workflow design
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex things simply
- Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Instinct for finding manual work and removing it
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with guidance
- Comfort giving direction and constructive feedback to a more junior team member
- Curiosity about HR technology, candidate experience, and talent acquisition
