Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations for KiaraHub’s on-site workforce in Varanasi in a full-time capacity. This role includes administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The specialist will handle employee benefits, leave management, and compliance with relevant labor laws and company procedures. The position also involves addressing employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with management to ensure a positive, inclusive work environment that aligns with KiaraHub’s values.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee daily HR operations and support organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to design, implement, and administer fair, compliant, and competitive programs.
  • Experience in Personnel Management to handle staffing, employee relations, and performance support effectively.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements applicable to on-site operations in Varanasi.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in basic HR software or HRIS tools and standard office productivity applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
