We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and adaptable Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the leadership team in Mumbai. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, conducting research, developing strategic plans, and driving initiatives from idea to execution.
As part of the Founder's Office, you will work across multiple functions and gain exposure to business strategy, operations, growth, market research, and leadership decision-making. The role requires someone who can move quickly, think critically, communicate effectively, and take ownership of projects with limited supervision.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic planning, business initiatives, and special projects.
- Conduct market, competitor, industry, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Analyze business performance, operational data, and key metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, reports, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and work with relevant teams to drive resolution.
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, products, and growth initiatives.
- Build structured frameworks and analytical models to support business and strategic decisions.
- Participate in leadership discussions and help convert high-level ideas into clear execution plans.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that require research, analysis, problem-solving, and rapid execution.
