SAP SRM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SRM Consultant to implement, configure, enhance, and support SAP Supplier Relationship Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business and procurement teams to optimize end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP SRM procurement processes.
Configure and support Shopping Cart, Purchase Orders, RFx, Sourcing, Contracts, and Approval Workflows.
Work on SRM Classic, Extended Classic, and Standalone scenarios.
Configure and support Supplier Self-Service (SUS) processes.
Manage supplier onboarding, supplier collaboration, and supplier enablement.
Configure and maintain catalog management, including OCI and Punch-Out catalogs.
Work on procurement processes including requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, goods receipt, service entry, and invoicing.
Configure SRM organizational structures, purchasing groups, purchasing organizations, and approval processes.
Support integration between SAP SRM, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SRM functional solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements.
Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support.
Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Provide L2/L3 support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
Support SRM upgrades, enhancements, migration, and integration projects.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and system efficiency.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in SAP SRM with strong hands-on functional experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP SRM Server and procurement processes.
Experience with Shopping Cart, PO, RFx, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Management.
Strong experience in SRM workflows and approval processes.
Experience with SRM-SUS integration.
Knowledge of Catalog Management, OCI, and Punch-Out catalogs.
Experience with Classic and Extended Classic scenarios.
Strong integration experience with SAP MM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Good understanding of end-to-end P2P and S2P processes.
Experience in SRM configuration and production support.
Good understanding of procurement and supplier collaboration processes.
Ability to work with ABAP teams for technical enhancements and debugging.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good to Have
SAP MM experience.
SAP S/4HANA Procurement exposure.
Experience with SRM upgrades or migration projects.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba and procurement transformation.
Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5.
Knowledge of supplier qualification and supplier performance management.
Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.
Experience working in global implementation/support projects.
