HR Executive / HR Generalist – Recruitment & HR Operations
We are looking for a proactive and high-ownership HR professional who is passionate about building structured, efficient, and technology-enabled HR processes rather than simply managing routine activities.
The role will work closely with leadership to strengthen recruitment, employee operations, HR systems, reporting, and process digitization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, handling employee matters with confidentiality, and using data and technology to improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for plant and corporate/office positions.
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support successful joining of candidates.
- Support recruitment for technical, digital, and data-oriented roles required for business and process digitization.
- Maintain an accurate recruitment pipeline, hiring tracker, and recruitment MIS.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities, ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records, including offer letters, appointment letters, agreements, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee data and ensure timely updates related to joining, exits, leave, attendance, and employee changes.
- Coordinate with the senior HR/payroll team in Ajmer to ensure accurate and timely sharing of employee information.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes are maintained in accordance with organizational policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Handle employee matters related to salary, leave, attendance, supervisors, workplace concerns, and working conditions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Investigate and follow up on employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Escalate sensitive or critical matters to management and ensure timely closure.
- Build and maintain HR MIS, recruitment dashboards, employee databases, trackers, and management reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets effectively, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data analysis, and dashboards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of:
- Job Descriptions
- Department-wise Manpower Planning
- HR SOPs
- KRAs and KPIs
- Performance Tracking
- Employee Induction Processes
- Grievance Management Systems
- Collaborate with management and technical/data teams to develop Excel/Google Sheets-based process controls, trackers, and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize HR processes.
- Explore and use AI and technology tools to improve HR workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or HR generalist roles.
- Candidates based in Jaipur preferred.
- Prior manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Good knowledge of employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and grievance handling.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining HR MIS, recruitment trackers, employee databases, and reports.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR processes and deliverables.
