10 - 12 years of experience in Network Infrastructure and Network Security.
Currently working in a Lead, Senior Engineer, Architect, or SME role.

Educational Qualification

Hands-on experience is required.

Network Routing & Switching.
Fortinet Firewalls.
Fortinet SD-WAN.
Wired & Wireless Networking.
Network Monitoring & Management Tools (NMS/NCM/NTA/NPM).
Network Asset Lifecycle Management.

Preferred Certifications

CCNA / CCNP / CCIE.
Fortinet NSE Certifications.
CCNA Security.
AWS / Azure / GCP Security Certifications.
OT Security certifications (good to have).

Leadership & Industry Exposure

Experience leading network teams and large transformation projects.
Vendor and SLA management experience.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Security Experience

Firewall management.
VPN, IDS/IPS, Network Security Operations.
Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing coordination.
Incident response exposure.

Good-to-Have Skills

Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
IoT Security.
OT/Industrial Security.
AI/ML-driven security solutions exposure.
