AI & Innovation - Lead Analyst / Analyst

Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Flexible Timing)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Work on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support solutions involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and enterprise integrations.
• Assist with API integrations and workflow automation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and project delivery.
• Support Azure DevOps activities, including backlog administration, sprint tracking, and project reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support user training, adoption, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
