Ekosight Technologies Hiring Agriculture Field Officer
Ekosight Technologies is hiring an Agriculture Field Officer for its Soil Doctor programme. The role involves working directly with farmers and supporting on-ground agricultural activities in Bahraich and Barabanki.
Key Responsibilities
‣ Lead farmer meetings and create awareness at the village level.
‣ Support soil sample collection from farms.
‣ Coordinate on-ground Soil Doctor activities.
‣ Support field execution and basic reporting.
‣ Maintain regular communication with farmers and the team.
Eligibility & Requirements
‣ Interest or background in agriculture, agri-tech, or rural work.
‣ Comfortable interacting with farmers and local communities.
‣ Good communication skills in Hindi.
‣ Own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with regular field travel.
‣ Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
‣ Must be a local candidate from Bahraich or Barabanki district.
Important
This is a field-first role, not a desk job. Candidates from locations other than Bahraich or Barabanki will not be considered.
