Role Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Rearc, you will lead the end-to-end India Talent Acquisition function, from strategy development and stakeholder partnership to hands-on sourcing and closing of candidates. This is a builder's role — you'll design and shape the TA function in India while also personally managing full-cycle recruitment for high-priority engineering, data, and technical roles.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, offering market intelligence and actionable hiring strategies, all while staying engaged in sourcing, screening, and closing top talent. In addition to filling key roles, you will build and scale the infrastructure — process, employer brand, vendor partnerships, and performance metrics — needed for Rearc India to grow sustainably. Your ability to prioritize, earn trust with senior stakeholders across time zones, and execute hands-on will directly impact the success and expansion of Rearc's India operations.
