Ekosight Technologies Hiring Clinic Success Manager
Ekosight Technologies is looking for a proactive, field-based Clinic Success Manager to work around its Soil Doctor clinic locations in Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on building strong connections between village-level Soil Doctor clinics and farmers, driving clinic adoption, and developing long-term farmer relationships.
About Soil Doctor Clinics
Soil Doctor clinics are village-level soil health and agri-advisory points operated by trained partners such as Soil Didis, FPOs, NGOs, or agri-retailers. They provide farmers with access to soil testing and personalized crop advisory.

Location: Soil Doctor clinic locations across Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
‣ Field Engagement
‣ Drive farmer engagement and clinic adoption across assigned village clusters.
‣ Conduct regular field visits to understand crop and soil issues.
‣ Segment farmers based on potential and likelihood of repeat use.
Onboarding & Data
‣ Onboard farmers to the Soil Doctor farmer portal.
‣ Geo-tag fields, sampling locations, and clinic activities.
‣ Track farmers from their first visit through repeat testing.
Agronomy & Performance
‣ Convert farmer problems into requirements for the agronomy team.
‣ Monitor outreach, tests conducted, and advisory adoption.
‣ Share field feedback with the central team.
Growth & Relationships
‣ Conduct local activation drives, including village meetings, demonstrations, and referrals.
‣ Build relationships with FPOs, agri-retailers, NGOs, and progressive farmers.
‣ Take ownership of territory retention and clinic performance.
Requirements
‣ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
‣ Comfortable with extensive on-ground travel across Uttar Pradesh.
‣ Working knowledge of agriculture and farmer practices.
‣ Confident and persuasive when interacting with farmers.
‣ Proactive and self-driven with the ability to take ownership.
