Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring team, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Conduct interviews and support the team in candidate assessment and selection.
Manage job postings, recruitment agencies, and external hiring partners.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interviewing practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder and team-management skills.
