About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agency sales, partner relationship management, life insurance products, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with agency partners, advisors, and distributors.
• Acquire new agency partners and strengthen existing relationships to drive business growth.
• Achieve assigned premium, revenue, and business targets.
• Provide product training and sales support to agency partners and advisors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency distribution network.
• Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
• Maintain MIS reports and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Life Insurance, preferably in the Agency Channel.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and agency distribution.
• Experience in partner acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience working in a Life Insurance company.
• Strong experience managing agency partners, advisors, or distributors.
• An existing network of agency partners or advisors will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven, confident, and capable of working in a target-oriented environment.
