About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented SampleManager LIMS Specialist with hands-on experience in support, customization, configuration, and integration of SampleManager LIMS v21.3 SP1. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, implementing business-specific configurations, supporting instrument data integration, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and end users.
Job Description
The consultant will provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SampleManager LIMS and Integration Manager v3.2 SP1, resolving user issues, troubleshooting system problems, and performing root cause analysis. The role also includes implementing sustainable fixes, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to maintain system performance and reliability.
The position involves customizing reports, dashboards, workflows, master menus, user interfaces, and system settings based on business requirements. The consultant will also develop and maintain transformation logic within Integration Manager to effectively process instrument outputs.
The role requires regular communication with business stakeholders, documentation of configuration changes and resolutions, and provision of training and support to end users and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for SampleManager LIMS and Integration Manager.
- Troubleshoot reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
- Configure and customize reports, dashboards, workflows, master menus, user interfaces, and system settings.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate SampleManager LIMS configurations.
- Develop and maintain Integration Manager transformation logic for instrument data integration.
- Maintain technical documentation covering configuration changes, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
