Responsibilities, But Not Limited To

  • Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, etc.
  • Preparation of the following: o Bank recs oPayroll (or oversight of outside payroll service)

oBank deposits oMonthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports

  • Pay bills and make payments via transfer(s) for clients including resolving vendor issues and processing address changes
  • Analyze credit card expenses for proper coding
  • Coordinate and organize administrative requirements (filing, scanning, shredding, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with clients and client team members
  • Input data into tour registers
  • Process medical claims
  • Prepare basic personal, trust, corporate tax returns as assigned

Desired Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also work with others
  • Demonstrate (and desire) the ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Data Faction, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word
