- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order entry and fulfillment.
- Verify customer, pricing, product, and delivery information before order release.
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation in ERP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support process improvements to enhance order accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and credit requests in accordance with company policies.
- Quote Preparation for After Market Spare Orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate sales order delivery dates in the ERP system at any point of time.
- Maintain customer records and ensure all Customer details are up to date in ERP systems.
- Maintain Sales Log and keep updating Merics for Review Meetings and Management submission.
- New Customer creation in ERP System.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in sales order processing, order management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data accuracy skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving order-related issues.
