Position Summary
The Order Fulfilment Senior Analyst plays a key operational role in supporting the hardware asset procurement and deployment process within the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team. This role is responsible for executing and overseeing day-to-day tasks related to hardware order fulfilment, from request processing to delivery and initial setup. The Senior Analyst ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs) and internal policies, contributing to the seamless delivery of IT services and the integrity of the IT asset inventory.
This role contributes to the operational effectiveness of IT Asset Management (ITAM) by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of hardware order fulfilment tasks. Its impact is realised through supporting efficient procurement workflows, contributing to reduced lead times, and ensuring hardware assets are provisioned effectively. By maintaining accurate inventory data and supporting the overall efficiency of the HAM team, the Senior Analyst helps meet service level agreements, enhances user satisfaction, and contributes to cost control through diligent asset tracking and management.
Work you'll do
As a Hardware Asset Management on the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team, you will be responsible for:
- Process and manage hardware requests and orders, ensuring complete and accurate request details are captured and fulfilled on time.
- Track hardware orders from placement through delivery, identify delays or discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain accurate asset records in IT asset management tools and the configuration management database (CMDB) for received, deployed, and inventoried hardware.
- Manage inventory for commonly requested hardware items, including stock checks, discrepancy reconciliation, asset preparation, and deployment support.
- Prepare order fulfilment reporting on lead times, order accuracy, and inventory levels, and support updates to process documentation and operating procedures.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in hardware procurement, hardware order fulfilment, IT support, logistics, or IT asset management in an enterprise organization
- Experience with IT asset management tools and configuration management databases, including asset data entry and reporting
- Experience managing hardware inventory, stock reconciliation, and asset deployment activities
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ServiceNow ITAM Pro
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience supporting large-scale IT procurement or centralized infrastructure or shared services operations
- Certification in supply chain management or procurement
