Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in project/construction management,Proven track record in real estateProficient in project management methodologies, risk management, financial acumen, and data analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.Strong system and process-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Project Director and own the overall project planning and execution multiple projectsPlanning and tracking the deliverables for in-house teams, external consultants and vendor deliverablesUnderstand design & architecture and be able to manage them during the project100% control over site progress covering but not limited toSite logistics, Vendor management, Cost control and managementResearch and deploy new material and technology, faster and cost-effective alternativesLocal liaisonMultifunctional management skill of site team - including MEP, architect, interior etcResource planning and stakeholder managementRisk identification and mitigationReview project plans, interpret technical drawings and contracts, schedule deliverables, estimate costs, and manage budgets.Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, meeting client requirements and expectations for customized and fully furnished luxury villas.Manage monthly project expenses, cash flow forecast etc in line with the annual targets and project schedule.
