About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solar Operations Manager to lead and manage our field operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar EPC operations, team management, material logistics, and tender execution, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery across sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day solar project operations and ensure timely execution
• Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of 20+ members across various functions
• Plan and monitor material dispatch to project sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Support and execute activities related to tender requirements and compliance
• Supervise and coordinate installation teams/installers to ensure quality and timely installation
• Track project progress, resolve on-ground issues, and report status to management
• Liaise with internal departments (procurement, logistics, sales) for smooth operational flow
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality protocols at all project sites

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar/EPC industry in an operations role
• Proven experience managing a team of 20+ members
• Strong knowledge of material dispatch and logistics coordination
• Working knowledge of tender execution processes
• Experience handling and coordinating installer teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
