● Develop and maintain well-documented BI assets, including data dictionaries,
report specifications, and user guides.
● Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business and
executive users.
● Promote BI adoption across departments through training, support, and
collaboration.

policies.
● Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot integration or visualization
issues.

enterprise scale) and Power BI, including:
○ Data blending and joins
○ Advanced calculations and scripting
○ Drill-down and interactive features

tools.
● Communicate technical ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
● Are detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate, user-friendly dashboards.
● Preferably have domain exposure in fintech, banking, or payment ecosystems (a
strong advantage but not mandatory).
