Life Skills Program Facilitator
Insta Parenting (JyppzerKids)
Insta Parenting is looking for passionate and dedicated Life Skills Facilitators to deliver a structured, play-based Life Skills Programme across 13 Anganwadi centres in the Shahapur–Asangaon region, Thane.
The programme will work with approximately 250 children aged 3–6 years over a 30–35 week programme, focusing on building essential life skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured, play-based Life Skills sessions across multiple Anganwadi centres
- Deliver sessions covering skills such as Teamwork, Leadership, Resilience, Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Financial Literacy and Emotional Regulation
- Train and support Anganwadi teachers in implementing the curriculum
- Engage with parents and support home-based reinforcement
- Conduct pre-, continuous and post-assessments
- Maintain attendance, activity logs, documentation and reports
- Attend weekly training and debrief sessions at the Ghatkopar Head Office
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 1 years of experience working directly with children aged 3–8 years
- Marathi fluency is mandatory
- Comfortable with field-based work and travelling across multiple centres
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Location: Shahapur–Asangaon, Thane
Schedule: Monday–Saturday + weekly visit to Ghatkopar HO
Remuneration: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (all-inclusive)
