Senior Product Manager - SyncOS
Botsync
Asia's leading robotics solutions provider, automating enterprise supply chains since 2017. We build syncOS — the industry-first no-code platform that lets manufacturers and warehouse operators integrate, reprogram, and scale automation systems without halting production or calling in specialists. Our autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) run 24/7 for global brands — transforming production lines in hours, not weeks.
Our product stack spans AMR hardware and robot software through fleet management and SyncOS — the software layer that orchestrates automation workflows, coordinates fleets and equipment, connects them with enterprise systems, and makes automated operations observable and manageable.
As robotic systems scale from individual deployments to complex operations, increasingly difficult product problems move into the software layer: which robot should execute which task, how fleets share constrained infrastructure, how workflows adapt as operating conditions change, and how problems are detected and understood before operations are disrupted. We are building the product team responsible for this layer.
As a Senior Product Manager on SyncOS, you will own a significant part of the platform and take hard systems problems from operational need to product model to system behaviour to measurable production outcome.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Autonomous Fleet Intelligence & Orchestration - Build the intelligence that determines how autonomous fleets operate under real-world constraints. This spans the decisions that determine which robot does what, how shared resources are allocated, how competing priorities are resolved, and how the system adapts as operating conditions change — reducing dependence on operator intervention and site-specific logic
- Operational Intelligence & Observability - Turn operational data and deployment learning into intelligence that helps customers understand and improve their automated operations. Build the product capabilities needed to make system health and performance observable, detect developing problems before they disrupt operations, and put failures in context when they occur
- Own a meaningful SyncOS problem space and its roadmap, outcomes and product decisions
- Start from operational problems rather than feature requests, and define precisely how the system should behave
- Use production and deployment evidence to identify where the product needs to become more intelligent, configurable or reusable
- Distinguish customer-specific needs from capabilities that should become part of the product
- Define measurable product outcomes, system behaviour and acceptance conditions before engineering work begins
- Partner deeply with software, robotics, solutions and deployment teams from problem definition through production validation
Requirements
- 5–7 years of product-management experience building technically complex software products. Particularly interested in people who have worked on workflow, orchestration, scheduling, logistics, data-intensive products or developer/platform tools
- Worked naturally from operational data: defining events, states and metrics and using production evidence to make product decisions
- Shipped systems where software makes operational decisions or helps users understand and act on complex system behaviour
- Turned repeated customer-specific work into configurable or reusable product capability
- Worked deeply enough with backend/platform engineers to reason about state, contention, dependencies, race conditions and failure modes
- Written product specifications precise enough to define rules, edge cases and expected behaviour when multiple constraints conflict
Highly Desireable:
- Experience with multi-agent/fleet coordination, logistics optimisation, workflow/low-code platforms, observability and operational tooling, or WMS/MES/ERP and industrial integrations
- Experience in robotics, AMR/AGV, intralogistics, warehouse automation or industrial systems is valuable but not required
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Comprehensive health benefits package
- Hustle of a young startup, always something to do and something to improve
- Opportunities for professional development and growth into management roles
- Collaborative and inclusive work environment
