Could you be the full-time Warehouse EPU in Nagpur we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.
You'll ensure the seamless operation and alignment of physical and system flows within the warehouse. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Logistics Engineering, Planning Managers, and Material Planners, to optimize material storage and delivery processes while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
You’ll specifically take care of managing material flows (reception, kitting, shipping, etc.), but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Guaranteeing proper storage conditions and material availability for production lines.
- Managing physical and system flows to ensure alignment.
- Implementing and optimizing ERP solutions for warehouse operations.
- Monitoring and improving performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Providing leadership, coaching, and development plans for Logistics Operators.
- Enhancing warehouse organization and processes, including layout and space optimization.
- Collaborating with external logistics partners (3PL) to monitor and improve performance.

- A degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position.
- Experience in and understanding of ERP solutions (SAP preferred).
- Knowledge of logistics processes, including inventory and warehouse management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities and risks effectively.
