Founder’s Office – Strategy & Execution

Role :

Kisah is looking for a sharp, high-potential professional to work closely with the Founder CEO on strategic priorities and cross-functional execution. The person will help convert ideas and management decisions into structured plans, track execution across teams, and solve business problems requiring data, judgement, and coordination across leadership levels.

This is a hands-on leadership grooming role for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership, and has the will and competence to grow into a business leadership position in 2-3 years.

Key responsibilities :

• Support the Founder on strategic initiatives, business reviews and special projects across retail, supply chain and customer success.

• Analyze business performance, identify insights and prepare concise decision notes.

• Convert priorities into clear action plans, owners, milestones and timelines.

• Track critical initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Retail, Marketplace, Operations and Finance.

• Follow through with functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution.

• Conduct market, category, competitor and consumer research.

• Prepare management presentations, dashboards and meeting briefs.

• Identify bottlenecks, escalate risks early and drive issues to closure.

Candidate profile :

• 2–3 years of strong experience in an fashion, retail, D2C, FMCG or consumer start-up.

• Strong academic background from a credible institution; an MBA is useful but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated spark – early ownership, rapid career progression, exceptional project execution or evidence of having solved meaningful business problems.

• Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Structured, resourceful and comfortable working across multiple functions.

• High energy, curiosity, discretion and bias for action.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with analytics and AI productivity tools.

We are not looking for someone who only coordinates meetings or prepares updates & presentations. We are looking for a future business leader who can think clearly, execute relentlessly, solve problems and has super executive maturity.

Compensation :

12-14 Lacs pa (14 being the ceiling) fixed CTC. No upfront promise of variable and will be completely discretionary if the candidate’s performance is a wow.

Basically we aren't shopping experience here. But a sharp, analytically sound, high IQ+EQ guy/girl for CEO's office who will act literally as a shadow CEO and who we can groom into a leadership position in 2-3 years
