Job Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and other agile ceremonies.
• Stay current with the latest trends in software development and emerging technologies
• The developer will be involved in developing and maintaining Processes on ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for your work and the overall system

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including hands-on development, customization, and integration experience.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools using RESTful APIs, SOAP, Web Services, and mid-server configurations.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow Developer Studio, Studio IDE, and source control tools.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM,HRSD other ServiceNow applications.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow security and access controls, including user roles, ACLs, and group management.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and guidelines for system configuration and implementation.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks like angular/React.
• Familiarity with Custom widgets development in Service Portal.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholder.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve complex business problems.
