You will lead a dedicated design team, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial conceptualization to final approval. The role involves reviewing complex design calculations and ensuring all technical drawings meet rigorous international standards and customer specifications. You will also manage cross-functional coordination with production and quality departments to optimize costs and resolve technical queries. This is a leadership position requiring technical mentorship and a commitment to engineering excellence.B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transformer design Expertise in Inverter Duty Transformer specifications Strong understanding of international electrical standards Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to resolve complex technical queries for internal and external stakeholders
