We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Team Leader to manage the fabrication and physical design activities for our Inverter Duty Transformer range. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed fabrication drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) that ensure high manufacturability. You will work closely with vendors and production teams to improve existing designs for better efficiency and significant cost reduction. Leading the mechanical design team, you will oversee prototype development and provide critical problem-solving support during the manufacturing phase.
