Tech Project Manager

Job Description

The Tech Project Manager will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of projects,

ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, and driving projects

towards successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background, having progressed from a Developer/Software Engineering role into Project Management. The candidate is expected to have hands-on understanding of software development, technical architecture, and engineering practices, enabling them to effectively lead technical teams and make informed project decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Monitor and report on technical progress and risks.
• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve dependencies.
• Required Skills
• Strong understanding of software engineering and system design principles.
• Expertise in project management and Agile tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, with prior experience in a
• software development/engineering role.
• PMP certification.

Experience

9+ years of experience in software development and technical project management, with a

demonstrated progression from a Developer/Software Engineer role into Project Management.
