Position Summary
The EOX Delivery & Operations partners and collaborates with many parts of the talent organization to enable the delivery of learning programs.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Talent Development on the EOX Delivery & Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting learning delivery and program execution aligned to Growth & Development priorities and business outcomes.
- Develop project plans, workplans, milestones, and contingency plans for national learning programs.
- Coordinate delivery of learning programs, including stakeholder communications, scheduling, and execution support for live and virtual classroom sessions.
- Monitor scope, timelines, quality, compliance, and escalations to support timely program delivery.
- Analyze program data and support process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen delivery operations.
- Collaborate with Growth & Development, Talent Services, Enterprise Solutions, faculty, and EOX team members to support program strategy and execution.

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurugram
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in learning delivery, learning and development, program management, project management office, or talent development operations
- Experience supporting end-to-end execution of learning programs, including planning, stakeholder communications, milestone tracking, and issue escalation
- Experience supporting live and virtual classroom delivery
- Experience developing and managing project plans, workplans, milestones, and contingency plans
- Experience analyzing program data and implementing process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Project Management certification
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in learning, talent, operations, or business teams
- Experience supporting faculty identification, training, and debriefing for learning programs
