About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to building and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
Configure and maintain complex flows, triggers, and automation to support business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices for development, security, and performance.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and implement new features to enhance system capabilities.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.

Required

Required Skills

5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in complex environments.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex business processes and system flows.
Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and ability to leverage new features effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II).
Experience with integration patterns and external system connectivity using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong Salesforce CPQ knowledge
