We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to building and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
- Configure and maintain complex flows, triggers, and automation to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices for development, security, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and implement new features to enhance system capabilities.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
- Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.
Required
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in complex environments.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex business processes and system flows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and ability to leverage new features effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II).
- Experience with integration patterns and external system connectivity using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
