Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out scalable AI/ML models and GenAI solutions within production settings
- Architect and maintain reliable ETL pipelines along with broader data workflows
- Build LLM-powered applications leveraging current-generation frameworks
- Utilize prompt engineering methods to enhance the quality of AI-generated results
- Launch models through APIs and connect them with enterprise-level systems
- Take full accountability across the process, spanning development, rollout, monitoring, and fine-tuning
- Work closely with teams across various functions to produce AI solutions that meet business needs
- Between 5 and 8 years of overall IT background
- More than 5 years specifically dedicated to AI Engineering
- Solid programming capability in Python
- Direct, practical experience with ETL processes and data pipeline construction
- Background working with ML/DL frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Experience applying prompt engineering techniques and working hands-on with LLMs
- Familiarity with LLM-oriented frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face
- Practical exposure to cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Background using MLOps tooling, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow
- Strong track record in API development and deploying models into live use
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level to support effective communication
- Background working with RAG architectures and vector database systems
- Understanding of real-time or streaming data pipeline concepts
- Exposure to scalable system architecture and microservices design
- Working knowledge of Databricks and PySpark
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and ETL pipeline development
