POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support our Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams. This role involves handling day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring accurate data entry in SAP/ERP, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes. Key Responsibilities

Accurately create and manage sales orders in SAP/ERP
Process goods receipts, credit notes, and debit notes
Provide customer documentation (invoices, COA, MSDS, etc.)
Support customer portal activities and internal requests
Validate logistics invoices and additional costs
Assist in inventory and consignment stock management
Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending actions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA / Engineering
3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service / Operations
Basic knowledge of SAP or any ERP system (preferred)
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Experience in handling sales order management / logistics coordination
Exposure to consignment stock or inventory tracking
Additional language skills (French, German, Italian) are a plus
